Red diamond rattlesnake
The red diamond rattlesnake (Crotalus exsul) is commonly found on Punta Colonet. This snake was large for this species, I estimated its length as over 1.3m long. Normally this species is not agressive, but when challenged as here, they can inspire awe, and caution.
